Liability and Safety:

Live Oak Preserve Homeowners Association, Inc., its members, Board of Directors, or Property Management Company and their representatives will in no way be liable for loss, damages, or injuries to any resident or guest in connection with the use of this facility.
Members, their families, and guests shall have the rights to use the Pool at any time it is open.
No lifeguard is on duty at any time - use the pool at your own risk.
Hours of operation - dawn to dusk.

Conduct and Prohibitions:

No parties of any kind are allowed on the pool deck or surrounding area.
Towels may not be used to reserve chairs.
No food, drink, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool or anywhere around the pool area or deck.
No running, pushing, or boisterous play is permitted in the pool area.
All radios, CDs, tape players must have a set of headphones for listening.

Supervision and Restrictions:

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the pool unless under the direct supervision of their parents.
Shower prior to entering the pool.
Every household has a limit of 5 guests per visit.

Safety and Equipment:

Diapered age children must wear rubber pants in the pool.
Floats and rafts may not be used in the pool.
No animals are permitted in the Clubhouse, the spa, or in or around the pool area.
No diving.

Liability and Safety:

The Live Oak Preserve Homeowners Association, Inc., its members, Board of Directors, or Property Management Company, and their representatives are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred while using the fitness center.
All users must exercise caution and use equipment properly to minimize the risk of injury to themselves and others.

Respectful behavior is expected at all times within the fitness center premises.
Users must refrain from engaging in any disruptive or inappropriate conduct that may disturb others.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the fitness center.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the fitness center unless accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.
Users are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any strenuous physical activity, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.
